Ryback & Ryback Incorporated (R&R Inc.) has recently opened a Technical Service Center in Monroe, NC, USA to provide customers an unbiased shrink sleeve trial facility for small orders, test runs & training.

This service center will allow customers the opportunity for doing:
• Film Trials
• Solvent Trials
• Small Seaming Orders
• Seaming Operator Training
• Sales Training

“We outgrew our small over the garage office and needed a space for more production equipment and an area for new product development.” says Scott Ryback, owner of R&R Inc. “We also wanted to make room for customers to come in to do trials or for us to do small production runs and this is the perfect space.”  

It will also service as the facility where R&R will design and test new products to make producing shrink sleeves much easier. “After spending years in the industry, my ‘retirement’ plan is to develop products to make production easier when trying to manufacture shrink sleeves.”  Says Ron Ryback, owner of R&R Inc. “I’ve seen operators struggle for years with issues that can easily be resolved with a few products and we intend to develop them to help solve these problems.”

Ryback and Ryback Incorporated is based in Monroe, NC, and was founded by Ron Ryback in 2000 and was joined by his son Scott in 2005. R&R Inc. was formed to provide service & consulting to the packaging, printing and converting industry. The recent opening of the Technical Service Center is part of the company’s initiative to make shrink sleeve production easier and to give an unbiased trial facility to our customers.
